This week we hosted Oded Forer, the Minister of Agriculture and the Minister for Development of the Negev and the Galilee in Ofakim.

Together with Mayor Itzik Danino, Mayor of Ofakim ,we presented him the economic Agro-Tech cluster we are developing in Ofakim and the surrounding area, the planned Innovation Center in partnership with Sarona Partners, the industrial zone and the workspaces we have adapted for Agro-Tech, as well as announcing that 8 companies are already relocating in the wake of the focus on agricultural innovation.

We asked the Minister, in the short period left before elections for the 25^th Knesset, to support the range of operations in the sum of 2-3 million dollars and received a positive response.

This is in addition to all of the supportive activities of the two ministries he leads, based on the vision we initiated, and which is currently coming to life on the ground.
